Aremote Web Service Relay Adastra - Aremote

We are currently receiving reports that our Toughbook users are unable to launch Aremote and are receiving an error message stating "Unable to connect to WSR web services". Please be advised that teams are currently investigating.

[UPDATE 11:02]: We have identified the cause to the problems and our teams are moving to resolve the issue.

[UPDATE 12:50]: We believe the issues reported by our customers have been resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation in the interim.

Staffplan Citrix Connection / Login

Advanced is aware that we are currently receiving reports of our Staffplan users not being able to login in via their Citrix logins to the Staffplan application. Please be aware that we are currently investigating.

[UPDATE 11:02]: We have identified the cause to the problems and our teams are moving to resolve the issue.

[UPDATE 11:25]: We have received reports of iConnect also being affected. Please be advised.

[UPDATE 12:50]: We believe the issues reported by our customers have been resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation in the interim.

WCCIS WCCIS Slowness / Poor Performance

Please be aware we have received an alert to potential performance issues. If our users are experiencing slowness within the CareDirector application please contact the Advanced Service Desk. Our teams are engaged and investigating currently.

[UPDATE 10:50] Please be aware that our teams are still investigating reports of slowness.

[UPDATE 11:18] We are no longer receiving alerts and our users should start experiencing performance as expected. We would ask that if any of our customer still experiencing any slowness please log out of the application and close their browsers completely before logging back in. Please be aware that we are continuing our investigations.

[UPDATE 15:55] Please be aware we have received an alert to potential performance issues.

[UPDATE 16:22] We are no longer receiving alerts and our users should start experiencing performance as expected. We would ask that if any of our customer are still experiencing any slowness to please log out of the application and close their browsers completely before logging back in. Please be aware that we are continuing our investigations.
