1000 Advanced believe that this issue should now be resolved and users should be able to access primary services.

Advanced are aware of an outage for hosted customers. Advanced are currently investigating this issue under the highest priority and will update shortly.

08:50 Update: Advanced are currently in progress of restoring all services to our users.

09:20: Advanced are working on this as the highest priority and do understand the impact that this is having on our customers. We are aware that some users are able to access services as we work to bring them back up, though we expect some instability as we work on this to ensure that service remains stable

09:45: Please be aware that we are still currently in progress of restoring all services to our users. Advanced are going to perform work at 1000 to bring services back online and there may be a disconnect for users currently in the system whilst we perform this necessary work.

Advanced are currently investigating this issue under the highest priority and will update shortly.

1400 Update: Advanced continue to investigate and are working to restore service as soon as possible.

1600: Advanced can confirm that this incident is now resolved. Advanced are continuing to work on ensuring full stability and there may be a small amount of increased risk of minor interruptions of service as we work to ensure that all services are fully stable, though we do not expect any further outages.
