Adastra OOH21665638 - Scotland Customers unable to connect to Advanced Infrastructure
Advanced have received reports that Scottish Customers are unable to connect to the Adastra Hosted Infrastructure.
We have been in contact with Scottish Networking Services and have been informed that this outage is due to some planned work that Advanced were previously unaware of, being carried out by the Scottish Wide Area Network via Capita and NHS National Services Scotland, to migrate Scotland from the N3 network to HSCN.
This work is scheduled to finish at 0600 and there may be intermittent connectivity issues with the Advanced Infrastructure from Scottish Customers, whilst SWAN and NHS National Services Scotland carry out this work.

UPDATE: This work was completed at 0600 and connectivity returned to normal.
