Adastra Maintenance Window 01-12-2022 (Non Service Impacting)

Please be aware that the below maintenance window has now finished. If you experience any issues with your Adastra Platform please raise them to our service desk on 0330 343 0067.

Advanced will be undertaking a short period of Non Service impacting maintenance this afternoon between 14:30 - 15:00. This work has been classified as non-service impacting and your core Adastra 111 and Out of Hours systems will remain available for the duration.

Adastra 111 23054057 - Adastra Hosted Endpoint Performance Issues

We're investigating an incident affecting some of Advanced's hosted endpoints for Adastra, including ITK referrals not resolving.

Resolver teams are engaged and are investigating the incident. This is being treated with the highest priority.

We have received reports of poor performance and/or slowness being experienced by users within the CareDirector application at the moment. Please be aware that we are currently investigating.

[Update 14:29]: We are no longer receiving alerts and users have reported that they are starting to see improved application performance. Please be aware that we are still investigating the cause of this slowness.
