1000 - All customers are confirmed to be able to reconnect to the solution and is working nominally.
Advanced are aware of a brief outage that was experienced by some customers at 0843 where some users would have been disconnected from ADASTRA briefly.
This is being investigated by our teams and we believe that all users are able to reconnect to the hosted solution.
0600 - Outstanding issues resolved and customers back in. Issue resolved.
0430 - Advanced teams continue to implement works aimed at resolving this matter.
0400 - Advanced are in the process of implementing a possible resolution for this matter.
0330 Update - Advanced continue to investigate the matter to find a resolution.
