Monitor Staffplan CM2000

We have identified an issue with Staffplan CM2000. Support teams have resolved this incident.

Booking should start to be visible. We would advise all customer to contact us if they experience any further issues.

Exchange Staffplan Exchange

Advanced have identified an issue with the Alarms features of Staffplan Exchange. Desktop Alarms, Live Visits Board and Retrospective Logging are experiencing issues and we have begun our investigations to identify a cause. Further updates will be added when they become available.

Adastra 111 22396453 - Unable to book using GP Connect

We have had reports that users are unable to book using GP Connect.

This has been reported to NHS Digital Ref: 10556294

We have had confirmation that this is now resolved. We would advise all customers to contact us if they are still experiencing any issues.

SMS Staffplan SMS Delays

We have identified and are investigating a delay with the SMS feature of Staffplan. Messages are being received but not in a timely manner. Support and Infrastructure teams are investigating.
