UPDATE - 03:10. Virgin Media have confirmed that there was maintenance being carried out on an HSCN Gateway Router, which caused disruption on the network. Work completed at 03:00. Full service now restored

UPDATE - 01:30. Support incident being logged with Virgin Media to investigate possible HSCN issue.

Advanced have been made aware of an outage affecting multiple hosted and non-hosted customers. We are investigating as a high priority. Updates to follow
