Adastra 111 21567834 - Issues with Prescribing for Adastra Customers

Advanced are aware that some customers are having issues with prescribing from within Adastra this morning. Advanced are investigating this matter and will update shortly on an expected fix.

0843 - Advanced have put a resolution in place and all customers are now be able to prescribe again.

Adastra 111 Pharmacy ITK Failures

20/01/2020 09:30 - NHS Digital have confirmed that they have now updated the certificate, and the issue should now be resolved.

NHS Digital have confirmed there is an expired security certificate which is preventing some pharmacy ITK messages from sending correctly.
