11:20 - All affected customers now operational. 10:30 - Issue still being investigated by on call teams. Incident ref - 21952978 09:35 - Affected customers have now confirmed that they are coming back online. Investigation continues. 09:00 - Advanced have been made aware of performance issues for hosted customers. We are investigating as a Priority 1
