Advanced have been made aware of some performance issues, we are investigating with the highest priority. Incident reference 21951813

18:00 Update: Advanced are still investigating the reported performance problems our customers are experiencing currently. Next update at 18:30.

18:30 - 21:30 Update: We have identified the problem and are currently working to resolve this issue however we would like to inform our customers that we still expect some of our users to experience some performance related issues during this time. Next update: 22:00

22:00 Update: Advanced would like to notify customers that the reported performance issues have no been resolved.
