Adastra 111 Adastra Issues with Sending Pharmacy Referrals

Service(s): ADASTRA - Pharmacy Referrals

Description: Advanced are aware of an issue with sending referrals to Pharmacies where these are failing. We have raised this matter with NHS Digital as a priority and include their reference. This appears to be a national issue impacting pharmacies and the references for NHS Digital are included as well as our own below.

Escalation of this incident has been made to the Pinnacle Team (Phamaoutcomes) and we are awaiting a response. This may not come outside of business hours.
