Problems with Advanced Phone System

1330: Advanced believe that this issue is now resolved. We will continue to monitor this matter to ensure stability of the service continues.

1230: Customers can get through on the phone lines at this point and Advanced have tested and this appears to be working, but we are still in contact with the suppliers to ensure stability of the service.

Description: Advanced are aware that customers are currently experiencing difficulties in contacting the support teams on the telephone numbers for the Service Desk (0330 343 0067 or the old number 01233 722707). There is an error message being played advising that Advanced are having telecom difficulties and to call back later.

Priority: Critical (P1)
