Adastra 111 Adastra 111 and Adastra OOH's Planned Maintenance Postponed

Dear Customer,

Please Note: Following discussions with NHS England regarding the recent shift in peak case volumes affecting the 111, Out of Hours and the additional cover now being provided by the service providers across the UK we have made the decision to postpone todays maintenance window.

The maintenance window will be rescheduled for a more convenient time and a new notification will circulated to all providers.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by introducing a further change to our maintenance schedule during these unprecedented times.

Please pass this message on to any of your staff who were due to be operational during the maintenance period. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact the Service Desk using the customer portal.
