Description: Advanced are aware of an issue with sending SMS Text Messages through Staffplan at this time. We can confirm that we have spoken with our Third Party Supplier and can confirm that this is an issue with the wider infrastructure. We are in communication with the supplier and they have confirmed that all SMS messages are reaching the service and are queuing and will successfully send once they have resolved the fault on their end.
Update: Advanced can confirm that this issue is resolved and text messages are being received.
