Please be aware that this is now currently resolved.

28/11 14:50 Earlier today there was a routing issue with our HSCN providers network which caused a brief disconnection for Advanced customers using N3/HSCN. Our HSCN provider is investigating and we will share the root cause as soon as it’s received.
