Good Afternoon,

We are currently aware of some users on our hosted platform experiencing slowness issues.

All of our out of hours teams have been engaged and are currently investigating the problem to identify the cause and then put a resolution in place.

5PM Update - Currently with our networking engineers who are carrying out investigation.

6PM Update - Networking Engineer has a lead and is currently investigating.

7PM Update - Network Engineer is still investigating lead, hopeful to have a more substantial update following the next update.

8:30PM Update - We have observed a significant improvement to the slowness that has been reported over the last hour, our monitoring systems are reflecting that performance is returning to its standard level and we expect to see a complete return in the next 1-2 hours.

10:30PM Update - We are continuing to monitor the performance and we can see gradual improvements as expected, please be advised that this is not widespread and is only affecting one company at this time.

11:30PM Update - Adastra performance has returned to normal for the site affected. Continuing to monitor but no further updates to be issued.
