We have received reports of poor performance and/or slowness being experienced by users within the CareDirector application at the moment. Please be aware that we are currently investigating.

[12:23]: Please be aware that we are no longer seeing any alerts for this mornings temporary window of slowness/poor performance. Users should start seeing an improvement within application in due course.

[12:54]: We identified the cause as having occurred within Advanced while investigating a potential problem and, concurrently caused a momentary window of application slowness due to a resource intensive query. The moment we identified the cause the process was immediately suspended. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
