10:30 Resolution being implemented. Any users still unable to log on are advised to retry during this period.
11:30 Implementation of the resolution is ongoing, we've seen many more successful connections so please continue to retry logging on.
12:30 We have received much fewer reports of access issues now and our teams continue to investigate the root cause of the issues.
LATEST: We have applied a resolution and there are no longer any connection issues, we'll closely monitor the services over the next few days.
