Adastra 111 Immediate Necessary Maintenance Notification

Advanced are aware of an issue with GP/Any Connect where users are unable to book into TPP. To resolve these issues, we need to undertake a short window of immediate necessary maintenance today at 16:30. This work has been categorised as Non Service Impacting and you should be able to continue to operate as normal throughout.

17:00 Maintenance Window has been concluded however the issues with GP/Any Connect users booking into TPP are ongoing.

Advanced will continue to review options to work around this issue whilst working with NHS Digital and TPP/System One towards a permanent solution.
