Notification: Advanced Telephony System temporarily down

We have received reports of an issue with our telephony system when dialling the support number, no calls were coming through to the Service Desk.

This has been reported internally and there was a confirmed issue with the NGNs which impacted our telephone numbers for approximately 15 minutes.

Whilst this has been addressed internally with the phone system being brought back up, We will continue to monitor this to ensure continuity of service. Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
