Advanced are aware of an error being presented to a number of users when they attempt to access Staffplan, Adastra or Crosscare via the Citrix Gateway or Citrix application. We are investigating this within our teams and working on a solution. We are advising users to attempt to access their programs using Internet Explorer 11 in the meantime.
