Update 13:45 - We believe we have identified the cause of the timeout issue and an engineer is currently working to resolve this issue.

Please be aware that users may experience intermittent timeout issues and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We are currently receiving reports from multiple sites that the system is slow and that some users are experiencing timeouts.

Support is aware and is currently investigating and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience or problems the issue may be causing.
