WCCIS Poor Performance - 15/10/21

We have continued to work closely with Microsoft again throughout last night and have implemented a number of changes.

The system remains available to critical users (eg enquiry teams, EDT, duty teams etc) this morning and a phased ramp up will take place throughout this morning to safely onboard all users across live sites. This will take place in 30 minute slots from 9am – 11am and the schedule for this was agreed by Service Management Board (SMB) members this morning.

SMB members will be updating their local organisations when end users are able to log into the system.

Once again we thank you for your continued patience and support as we work together to implement this significant system upgrade.

[UPDATE 12:00]: We would like to update you on the latest situation with the WCCIS CRM upgrade this afternoon. We have made some great progress with our investigations, but are continuing to closely monitor the situation.

The phased ramp up has been completed this morning and all users are now able to use the system.
