Status: Investigating.
Description: Advanced are investigating an issue with the Carenotes Hosted Infrastructure where certain functionality such as closing or editing spells and discharging patients are experiencing extreme slowness or timeout errors.
Update 16:58: We are starting to see performance return to standard, and users should shortly be able to continue to use the system without issue. We are still investigating the underlying cause.
