Please be aware we have received an alert to potential performance issues. If our users are experiencing slowness within the CareDirector application please contact the Advanced Service Desk. Our teams are engaged and investigating currently.

[UPDATE 10:50] Please be aware that our teams are still investigating reports of slowness.

[UPDATE 11:18] We are no longer receiving alerts and our users should start experiencing performance as expected. We would ask that if any of our customer still experiencing any slowness please log out of the application and close their browsers completely before logging back in. Please be aware that we are continuing our investigations.
